You'll be sorely missed Timmy. You played nine great seasons for me manning the paint. So anyway, this deal is pretty good because I get an expiring contract, and it's a decent young player in Reggie Johnson. Only three more guys to go(Manning, Fisher, Gragg)...

I have always liked Tim Adams, hopefully he gives me a boost at the PF spot the next 2 seasons.  If he can put up 15ppg I will be happy.

R. Johnson is an interesting guy, who I "scouted" quite abit this off-season. The cons: very little development during TC's. The pros: from his very limited PT, there are hints that he is very athletic - could be quite the sleeper, someone who puts up surprising #'s for his ratings. Adams is very solid, year in, year out, and should be a good addition for the Hawks.

Yea, Reggie was a 1st round pick, never really improved, thus never got off the bench for a team who has never really had a solid PF since he's been here.  He could be a solid player, I think he's right at the B-/B cutoff in both defense and rebounding, he seems to fluctuate in both categories each TC.  I probably should have given him some more time, but we'll see how he does in pre-season and in Cleveland, he very thin 6'9 205, so he might get banged around against bigger PF's but he might be OK.
