I'm looking for a SF with good decent (B+ minimum), and who can hit the outside shot.  Doesn't need to be a great scorer, but needs to be efficient.

I have a future first I'm dangling.

You'd give up Finley for a future first?

If you're not talking about me moving any of my 4 starters, then yes, I'd be interested.

I might give up Finley for a future first. I'm gonna have to see what happens, but having so many scorers may not be all that good of a thing. I don't know if it could be from the Nets though - because you can't match salary without a starter.

And you don't have enough.

Bulls don't have enough cap space to absorb Finley's contract.  The ruls is that if you are counting on cap space, you have to have enough to take on the full contract, and not just part of it.

I thought you had to just absorb what was left over, not the entire contract.. My bad..

Say you have 11 million in cap space. You can't do a trade where you send out 5 mil in salary and take back 15 mil?

I'm almost positive the answer is no.

However, I have been known to be wrong.

I don't understand that. You would still be under the cap, if the trade were allowed.
