So what happened here? Bulls tried to trade the 19th pick, couldnt do it, but the Warriors still drafted?

^ Yep thats what happened, but we're just fine tuning the trade right now (makin it work salary wise).  The trade should still happen

Nets, does the 19th pick have salary value now?  So I would need to add about 3 mill to Daly's 2 mill to match Mo's 4.5? (5 mill is within 15%)
