Solid 4-1 sim, as my team is finally complete.

The Sonics also figured out how to beat the Warriors, as Pettit came in and shut down Max.

We also threw up 143 against the Jazz
http://rosters.ssbabasketball.com/boxes/82-8.html

This team can definitely go deep in the playoffs this year ........... hopefully

no major injuries. love that.
all money transactions have been processed too, check if everything is ok for your team (even the Sixers now have the correct salary total)

So stay tuned ... and discuss how your team did.
 Cheers

I'm not really sure about what is going, but will Tom be running 2 sims now? Or Pacers is on vacation? did I miss something?

So, I get a winning record last sim without McHale playing at all, go 3-6 with him starting  Laughing
I know, I know, theres no way I should have a winning record in any sim with this team. Time to go search out the stats

Surprisingly, 4 of our 6 losses were by 3 points or less. I also kept Buck at PF and started McHale at SF and had Green come off the bench as a supersub C/PF/SF. Green was 1st option, McHale was 2nd, Julian was 3rd (trying to limit Buck's turnovers).

C: Stocker
34.3min, 14.1pts, 11.4reb, 1.9ast, 0.6stl, 0.8blk, 40.8%fg, 51.8%ft, 2.8to, 3.2fl

PF: Buck
30.6min, 17.2pts, 10.7reb, 1.8ast, 0.7stl, 1.4blk, 50%fg, 59.3%ft, 2.4to (might as well be 1st option then), 2.8fl

SF: McHale
32min, 19pts, 7.3reb, 1.6ast, 1.0stl, 0.7blk, 53.4%fg, 65.9%ft, 1.9to, 1.4fl

sub: Green
28.8min, 15.8pts, 7.2reb, 1.6ast, 0.9stl, 0.7blk, 49.6%fg, 68.6%ft, 2.0to, 1.8fl

SG: Julian
31.4min, 9.4pts, 4.2reb, 3.8ast, 1.8stl, 0.4blk, 40.5%fg, 36.8%3pt, 82.4%ft, 2.1to, 1.9fl

PG: Prantmair
30.6min, 6.0pts, 1.6reb, 7.4ast, 1.4stl, 37.8%fg, 33.3%3pt, 84.6%ft, 1.6to, 2.0fl

So maybe there WAS a reason why the cpu decided to hand over the team to Holt: Prantmair sucks !
But i might have a solution ...

He sucks at shooting, but I mean after dealing with Ransey, I have to be in love with a guy who has a 4.625:1 assist to turnover ratio.

More like what I was hoping for from the Nets. 5-2 sim, losing a close to Philly in the swamp and getting handled abit by the Grizz in Memphis. Went 3-0 with my starting backcourt out.

Bennett returned with a flourish - hauling in 18boards and pouting in 29 pts over 30 minutes in his return.  Hail He's a big part of this team - it's nice to have a thug coming off the bench at three positions. Lots of other nice surprises - Macy was much more productive this sim, Nick English was stellar starting in his brief cameo role, and got good minutes from most everyone.

We weathered the storm of Bennetts injury, and now that all hands are on deck, I'm looking forward to big things down the stretch. I don't think I can catch Tom's surging Celts, but I hope to hold off the Magic and at least grab home court advantage for the first round at least.

Surprise, surprise.

I don't think I EVER played 3 consecutive sims with the same DC in any league, but right now I can't change a thing. These guys are doing great, and in fact only some mystery loss to the sucking Blazers (sorry, couldn't resist, but we are talking about the DEFENDING CHAMPION here) stopped our 14 game win streak !!!

What I like best, in 6 wins this sim 4 different guys (Orlando, Tyler, Lenard and Tower) earned POTG awards. Now that is truly TEAM work.

Another sucking sim from the Pacers (whatever happened to this team that dominated the first half of the season? Now they lose like crazy and play the same guys) got me a little lead in the race for eastern home court. The Pacers and Cavs are still in striking distance, and the rest of my schedule is pretty road heavy, so I enjoy it while it lasts.

Now if i only could get Childress' and Perry's expirings away ...

Maybe he changed his DC. Or his players got overconfident and instead of practing, they were planning their championship party during their free time. Come on man.. they are ordinary human beings like us, they got life aside from basketball Very Happy
