Or will their ratings hold for this year and change in next season's TC?

I realize that there is no guarantee of improvement.

Anyone has the possibilty of change in ratings, including draft picks, during this training camp.

The only tc when nobody changes is the first one of the league.

Draftees this year very much can change this training camp.
