Absolutely ecstatic to pick up my 1st option with #13.

I might be forced to entertain offers on someone for a legit centre though.

Pretty happy with Wiggins, a nice addition if the potential plays out. Could be a starter down the road, though he'll have to unseat Mr.Brooks.

Very happy with how that turned out

I scouted Ehlo and when I found out his potential is exceedingly high it was a no brainer.

With just the slightest improvement Kersey can be a starter.

don't get me wrong, but Ehlo needs every tiny bit of potential he's got to even become decent in this league ... and if you say Kersey can almost start, let me ask: FOR WHO ? Last I checked you already have 2 similar young guys batteling there in Sleepy and Conner.

Guess we should talk some trade here ...

well at this stage if connor doest really improve in tc, and kersey does, there is no question who would be starting if it were down to the two of them. ditto for sleepy.

well, the draft preview is "up".  But it's the one that CelticsGM posted.  I could grab the draft section from backups (as I do nightly backups of the server), but it would still not be current.  the only way to get the current one with the 11-20 guys removed is from Hawks comp.  Looks like when he uploaded the archive he missed the draft dir.

Anywho, as for the draft.   Green would have been my first choice, but he is just too similar with Worthy (both in game and size) to play together.  If Demler's potential is true, he has the chance to be my starting point guard in a year or two.  I didn't scout any of the 3 I was interested in, so who knows, it could be a crapshoot.

well, errm....then I guess Hawks shouldn't be  Alcoholic when he runs the sim  Laughing

I restored both the draft and fa folders from the backup of the 28th, which would be before the last sim was run.

I'm glad that Lakers/CPU went with the Carr brothers, in the end. IMO, 12,13,15 were the best guys still on the board, and I really like Raps pick of Kersey at 20. Two very good PG ratings right out of the chute and the D is passable for a PG. If the real pot is higher than the scouted - could be a steal. In fact, there's several guys like that still on the board who could easily have been picked 11-20.

I gave Breur a good look too, but the scoring really threw me for a loop. If his POT is true, and it carries out, he has a chance to be a very good pick as well.
