I mean I know where Levi Haskins should be, on the FA list.
And I know where Levi Haskins is, on the Clippers roster.

How did he get there?

He wasn't resigned end of last season.
He was on the FA list before day 1.
He wasn't signed on day 1 or day 2.

So ... ???
