Ellis not improving is still ok though. He'd be a career 15-20 and 7-10 guy.

Without improving? I doubt that. After all was said and done, Shannon Brown had ratings of C+, A-, A-, A- and he averaged 17 and 9.

It all depends on if he improves.  If he goes the way of Brown, he could be great.  If he goes the way of Gueye, he could be average.  That's what makes things interesting.

It depends on what team he ends up on too.

Sam Cassell for the Wolves last year put up 16 and 10

For me I would expect maybe 12 and 11.
