Time to nominate, and vote.

It's a tough one this year. The Championship team, the Heat, deserve consideration, but don't get my vote, because he started with Shaq.

The Sonics were the surprise team of the year, but also don't get my vote, because they traded away all their Finals' team, when the finals were still going on.

I'm gonna vote Hornets.

VOTES:

Warriors: 3
Hornets: 1
Raptors:1
Heat: 1
Sixers: 1

Who cares if I dealt my players while I was in the championship?  The point is, I started with a bunch of good players, kept my financial flexibility, gained a ton of future picks, and made the finals.

Other than that, I vote for Golden State.  He did a ton to improve his club.

I traded one member while the team was in the finals.  But the deal didn't occur until after the season.

Yes, the heat started with shaq, but he added kobe, then had the stones to trade kobe for a group that led him to a championship.  he gets my vote.

I'd vote for Raps, but most of the deals he made won't come to help him until next year, with the draft picks.

You probably made the 2 best trades of the season (and also one of the worst Wink ).  IMO that will put you in for GM of the year NEXT year.  But I can't give you the award for deals that haven't paid off yet.

Which two trades?

The one with the Celtics probably, but which other one?

And I know you think that was a bad trade, but I've used it well. I turned Hoffa and Bosh into Mihm and the 5th pick.
