Well, now we all got front row seats to watch the ugly Kings go for 3 top picks in a row this season.
They sucked with Magic and they'll suck with Magic and Isiah.

Can't believe Kwame and Gasol retired but Dirk decided to play on. That sucks ...

Wow, a lot of still good players retired.....big changes around the league - especially with Hornets professing to blow it all up. Big wow to Ty's retirement - Blazers, I feel your pain and have been there. Also a big wow to KG....keeps on keeping on - musta loved the playoff ride to keep going at 40.

Bah, should have taken the Blazers 2019 first in that deal.

But anyway, i'm delighted.

Blazers are falling apart, as well as the Celtics. Those 2 picks are going to be really nice.

Man, coming within a win of the CF and hearing that from the worst team in the league really keeps me amused all day. With like 10 teams holding massive cap space for FA and the Kings exactly 1.5 players deep there's about a ZERO possibility of either Blazers or Celtics finishing LOWER than the Kings ...

But props for staying upbeat through all that ugly years ...

2nd round goes by record, not lottery or playoff positioning

I think every team in the east was better than every team in the West, or darn close  Very Happy

The draft order in FBB doesn't use tie breaker rules. There's simply a draw among teams with identical records. This goes for round 1 and round 2

As the nuggets stated, in round 2 only the record is used regardless of playoff appearances.

For an example look at the Heat/Bulls/Wolves all finishing with a 46-36 record and Celtics/Blazers/Spurs at 48-34.
In round 1 it's Wolves then Bulls then Heat, and Blazers then Spurs then Celtics (of course Sad )
In round 2 it's Heat then Bulls then Wolves, and Spurs then Celtics then Blazers.

i have a question, does FBB use HOF at all ? i mean i can understand Shaq and players who just had few seasons before going into pension didnt get to HOF, but players like Hoffa for example who was here for 10+ seasons and avg 25-30ppg and 12rpg during his career, won many awards, etc bla bla bla bla, didnt get into it ??? who does ???? It seems like even Yao wont make into HOF 'cause his career avg's are below 40ppg and 20rpg along with 5bpg.

What is wrong with me. I am such an idiot for resigning richardson. I was not paying attention and did not realize I would have been under the cap, plus I still could have resigned him in fa  Bash

and i didnt re-sign Bird to have some cap space for next season for Ty, and then that BASTARD hang up his boots at early age and even worse Hoffa does too, now i have almost 30 million of space dammit.

Again, you need 25000 HOF points for getting into the HOF.

You get 1000 points for MVP, DPOY or ROY
You get 750 for ASG MVP
You get 500 for a title, ASG (or Rookie/Soph game) selection or All League 1st team.

... and you get 1250 for winning that fucking 3pt shootout or slam dunk competition !!!

So Yao has 8 MVPs and I'm sure each year he was at the ASG too, so that makes at least 2000 a season, add 3 ASP MVPs and a title + playoff MVP and he has close to 20.000 HOF points in these 8 years alone.
He'll get introduced easily ...

the biggest downside of the HOF stuff is that players like shaq should have started in 2005 with probably more than 25000 points already (which apparently didn't happen)
