1-6 with only win vs poor Kings, is Hoffa really that important for this team that we couldnt win a single game with him injured ???? How else to explain 6 losses of 20+ pts in avg.
Johnson and Wright just couldnt do shit down the board and Boozer cant play against 2-3 guys there alone.
Thank god he is back now.

Woohoo. Nets are at .500 after a 5-1 sim - not exactly against the best teams in the league, but it's a start. Shooting .472 as a team.
Jeff Robertson is doing his best impersonation of superman, carrying the team in back to back wins against the Pacers (37pts) and Pistons (51) - and really improving his FT shooting in the process - all the better if he starts taking advantage of all the free points. Reggie King is picking it up on the glass. Getting more good minutes from Kyle Macy.
Rookie Report: Maggs is just incredible - love him. 6th in the league at 9.5 assists, TO's came down by 0.4 this sim alone, doesn't care if he shoots. Cho is humming along at 19ppg - shooting a crisp FG% of .514. Very nice. His TO's keep creeping down too. McHale likes his role off the bench. Nice shooting numbers, scoring at a nice clip. Payton is still struggling along, but is making strides. I like him at backup PG - nice 2.5:1 assist to TO ratio.
Very nice, all in all.
And hey - how about that Evans for Ransey trade, now? Ransey is ROTM two of two times, Evans POTW three of eight times. Nice.

WOW. Thats what I like to see. A 6-3 sim that included a 5 game win steak. Ransey's PPG go up from 18 to 20 and assits up 1 per game as he wins his 2nd consecutive ROM. Gminski went down 1 ppg but up 1 reb so I will take that. Profit finding his scoring touch upping his ppg by 2 the last 2 sims as well. This was a very encouraging sim for me.

Wow... The Pacific division sucks... And I can say that, since I am leading the division with a 16-15 record.
More importantly, though, is that the youngsters are playing excellent basketball. Larry Drew is a very good PG, and a steal with the 15th pick. He is the primary option, and is hitting shots with excellent percentages.
Don Collins, the 23rd pick in the draft, is doing very well in his role off the bench. Good scoring with very good percentages.
Michael O'neal is certainly not a star, but he is efficient. Very good defender, and also hitting a high percentage of hs shots.
Cliff Robinson is not shooting well, but he sure can rebound...
The future looks good. And the kids are gettign a taste of leading the division (which will be a very short-lived occurrence this year)

Kind of a poor sim, but Toney is now my leading scorer over Dial, I would have never expected that. As for now, Vandeweghe is a bit of a bust, but he'll develop

same procedure as every year. It doesn't matter WHO I play in my DC at WHAT position, in the end I finish .500 Dirk at SG, at SF, at C => .500 Tyler at SF, at PF => .500 Przybilla, Baron, Dirk at SG => .500 Darius Perry is doing a remarkable job. This sim he got 17ppg, 9apg, 3.5 steals (!) shot 50% and held opponents to 13/11 and 4.2 topg on 37% shooting. I wish I had a single reason to start Trump or Reed over him but i can't find one. Przybilla easily had his best sim too, going for 20/6/3 and 1.7 steals on 50% shooting. Sure his opponents shot 53% but averaged only 11ppg. Now if I only started winning. But maybe patience is all I need. The loss to hornets came in OT and we now lost twice to the Bucks by one point. Also, we win 4th quarters more often than not in losses, so the starting lineup is still far from perfect ...
