Mavs agree.

LeBron and Harris not going to get any younger and I cannot pass up a chance at Okafor to get me over the top.

I'm thrilled to get the Bucks pick, and a good defensive big man in Keogan...the Mavs pick will be a player that I hope to improve over time

I really want to send both these guys out west, which I accomplished, so I'm very pleased with that, trading them to the east would have been a very bad idea on my part

you HAVE a good defensive big man who provides ZERO offense already in Holton. Now you got two.
the Mavs pick will be around #22 which is worthless.

so that trades is Emeka for a top5 pick.
 Confused Confused Confused Confused

and that beat my offers ???

Tobey/Emeka/Munson
LeBron/Palacio/Harris/Bass

great job. unbelievable rip when you add those 3 consecutive trades.

that is exactly the dynasty that Bods wanted to prevent trading Pettit/Emeka to lower teams.

WOW. What a rip off by the Mavs. Haha..i can't belive Emeka went so cheap.

Mavs are definitely a team to beat in the West now, maybe even in the whole league.

Why are the Hawks getting ripped for this trade?

He was a fringe, unlikely playoff contender.  Okafor is a free agent at the end of the season and is getting old.  Clearly the Hawks aren't going to win it within the window of Okafor's remaining years and he would have had to kill his cap to do so.  Or he can even make a run at Okafor in the offseason.

And before we talk about trading for bigs with no offense, it should be noted Okafor hasn't shot as well as 44% in 3 seasons.  He's hardly a worldbeater on offense.

^ It should also be noted that he keeps Okafor out of the East, likely for the rest of his career.  As if the East isn't good enough.

And like Mavs said, let's hold off the dynasty talk until he wins something.  He's had a really good team every year.

great job mavs..

traded melo for bailey and emeka. and now the only problem will be TO for the Mavs. In every other cat the team is now a top 5 team.

and what guy in this year is worth emeka in this draft?
but getting 4 first rounders is a good start for rebuilding part 12  Lol 2
@celtics i don´t know your offer but since i know your team i am sure it wouldn´t help the hawks rebuilding plans either.
