That's no so bad. He is a solid young PF/C with potential. If his ratings improve, he'll be worth it.

Ahh, but he is a good replacemnt for Deke, who is 37 going on 50...

I think it is good money, good defensive and rebounding PF's are not that easy to find, and he likely would have gotten an MLE offer in free agency...

I don't think I'm gunna be under the cap anytime soon (especially since I need to re-sign Yao in a couple of years) so I think it is good business to kepp Diop around. A 7 footer with defense and a lil offense too, along with potential is not easy to come by.

I think I would've been better off keeping Diop. It's not like I needed BJax to be my PG, my team was going nowhere this season.
