Can't wait to see how my young "run and gun" team would perform. I put Bolinger, ward and wells all in the starting 5 and all three of them are my primary secondary and tertiary scoring options.

EST = GMT-5.

That's why I typically say GMT-5 rather than EST, as EST is more of a reference for people in US.

all I know is EST. I just have to add +90 minutes on our local time. And when its AM its PM here, and vice versa. haha
