You wouldn't think it's that difficult of a concept, but you sure have a hard time with it. |

Relax, I don't give too much on other people's talking (especially mediocre GMs). After so many years we all know people's abilities, so it just takes some inspiration to find that "right person for the job" (aka players perform differently on different teams and in different settings). And I still negotiate through PM ...  |
