5-1 for the Jazz, my adjustments did something right... Moved into the 8th spot in the West. Kirilenko logged another triple double, 2nd on the season, 7th for his career (he had 1 in the playoffs that wasn't counted on his total).

After the past sims, I noticed that Fuqua is a very efficient scorer. Prior to this sim, he is shooting .521 from the field. This sim, I made him my number one scoring option. He is shooting close to .500 from the field and did average 16.4ppg. Guess, he is really pissed after not getting any rookie of the week recognition.Smile

Raps go 4-1 to improve to 19-10 overall, 8th best record in the league.

Raptors 106 Rockets 95 -- The much-hyped battle of the point guards, Barton vs. Max. Max emerges the winner droping 15 points and 12 dimes to O'Connell's 19 and 13. However, these averages are right around Max's season numbers, whereas Barton was held 11 points below his, and his team suffered the loss. Melo was able to score 32 and grab 13 boards. As well, Gasol, who had a strong sim, scored 19 and dished 5 assists. Childress was able to score 14 points and grab 15 boards, and Swift scored 9 and grabbed 16. That mean's my starters rebounded: 16, 9, 13, 15, 4. Fantastic.

Raptors 122 Bucks 60 -- Wow, a complete demolition, a 62 point difference. Held the Bucks to 27.4% from the floor. Melo scores 43 and adds 11 boards and 5 assists. In fact, had 4 players in doube figures for rebounds (Melo's 11, Gasol's 11, Max's 10 and Swift's 17) and the team was able to grab SEVENTY rebounds in the game. Swift had a very good game with 15 points and 17 rebounds, but the game of the night award goes to Max, who recorded a TRIPLE DOUBLE with 13 points, 14 assists and 10 rebounds. Great game by the young future-MVP.

Mavs 86 Raptors 81 -- Can't win 'em all I guess, unless you're the Nets. Gasol's 20 points, 21 rebounds and 6 blocks is overmatched by a balanced effort from the Mavs. Max was completely shut down after his trip-dub, getting only 5 points off 1-6 shooting. Ugly loss.

Raptors 102 Hawks 80 -- Good atonement for that brutal loss last sim. Melo drops 36 to lead the way. Swift also contributes in a big way, getting 21 points, 15 rebounds, 5 steals, 2 blocks. Gasol was also able to grab 16 rebounds before fouling out.

Raptors 103 Knicks 89 -- The Battle of Willison Hall Rez part III goes to the Raps, who take a 2-1 series lead. Fantastic games from all my starters help put one in the W column. Melo drops 24 points, Chills gets 21 points, 10 rebounds, Max gets 19 points, 9 assists, 7 rebounds, Swift gets 11 points and 21 rebounds and Gasol gets 12 points and 10 rebounds.

Overall the team brought much more defensive intensity that sim which contributed to the record.

Celtics Pride go 4-1 to improve to 17-6, 3rd best in the entire league. Man, that's really hard to believe.

We even swapped a home-home series with the Bulls, which is a first for me i believe aginst any team (we ALWAYS lost one of those games) and took care of Cavs and Bucks. Again, I haven't had that easy of a schedule ever before i think, so let's enjoy the moment as it won't last forever.

Lenard is still top10 in scoring (17ppg) and steals, and I didn't miss a beat replacing Redd with veteran SJax. Even young PG Alan Reed is coming along shooting-wise now. Last sim he shot 55% while averaging 16ppg, 7apg and only 1.2 TOs. Nice.

And there even had been a Ronny Roof appearance ( Laughing ). Against the Rockets he shot 5-9 for 10/2 and a block. And I lost. It came only against Magloire, but still ...

Unbelievably we'll play just 9 more games till the All-star break, but in the 2nd half of the season we'll have games on 50 of 60 possible days. Big thanks to the schedule-makers ...

Finally above 500. mark, nice sim, some nice wins.

@Wizards 113-107 Telf with a nice 28/8 4stl game, Bosh 22/9..he-ll definitely start next sim, Buehler 17/13 3stl, Hayes 15/6/6, Hoffa fouled
out after 29 mins and 15/10 effort.

Clippers 90-96 a rare home loss, team shot pretty well, but was poor from FT line and that decided the game.

Sonics 120-109 Hoffa with a 44/20 effort destroyed Sonics by himself.

Sonics 122-111 Another win over Sonics, Hoffa with 34/12 2stl, Telf with 23/10, Buehler with 21/7 and Ricardo with 13/14 2blk won this one.

@Sonics 112-118 Sonics got their revenge in Seattle, Hoffa went down after 14 mins and 10/7 4stl game, Telf had a 27/9 4stl effort, Cunningham stepped in good for Hoffa posting 18/13, it was not enough however.

Cavs 101-97 Nice win, Hoffa back with 27/10, Telf 23/7 4stl.

@Nuggs 111-94 Love to play Nuggs, Hoffa 31/11, Telf 25/5/9 4stl were the guys.

@Clippers 87-99 Not suprised...bad overall performance...only Telf satisfied me.

Warriors 110-104 Closed the season series 2-2 with Warriors, Telf with 28/5/9 2stl, Hoffa 27/12, Hayes 16/5 5stl, a huge number of TOs !

@Hawks 94-102 This loss pissed me off, last sim it was Bulls, now Hawks, defeats like this are just not acceptable. Hoffa had 24/16, Telf 21/5, Buehler 20/11 game, FT shooting was poor again, oh oh.

well, lets see with Bosh starting and some minor tactics change howll go next sim.
