Announcements System

Now when you go to the new page ( http://ssba.phillyarena.net ), in the center of the page you will see a list of announcements on things deemed major.  Click on the links to go to the forum articles about these announcements.

Mods: You can make any thread an announcement (next to where you can set it as sticky).  By doing so, it WILL show up on the main page, so make sure that the title of the thread reads accordingly.

Hopefully this will help keep the users more informed.

Expect more goodies to come when I have the time.  This is why I moved to my own site for the rosters (rather than the program auto-generated stuff), so I can add some things with php.

Also, I added a link to the forums on the main page.  This will place the forums in the center frame.  This does two things.

1) Everything can now be found by accessing http://ssba.phillyarena.net .  You no longer need to have both bookmarked.
2) You can now be browsing the forum, and find, let's say, draft preview without ever leaving the site.

If you maximize your browser, as long as you're not under 1024x768 screen resolution the boards should fit in the center frame.
