You know how long i tried to deal for him. He would have been perfect for me. A rebounding big man who doesn't need the ball in his hands. With Stro/Lenard/Chauncey/Redd I have that flexibility not needing any scoring there. Did I mention that i'm very very disappointed now? And not only did Fin move, who would have been a perfect solution for the Celtics - in case i didn't make that clear - another one of my all-time favourites moved, again with me playing the role of spectator only. A truly sad day ...  You know what the true irony is... Remember when Finley was a free agent, and (because we never used first names) we were discussing a Finley trade (I thought you meant Jim, and you meant Jackson) I said I was looking for Finley to be my starter (I meant Jim, you thought I emant Jackson)... and Jackson he is. Just found that amusing, I have no idea why  |
