He is a terrific player, but it's just that I think LeBron will play to his full capabilities at SG. And if I have to choose between Allen and James, I'll have to take James. I'm not in any rush to make a deal, this season is lost anyway. I'm just seeing as to what I can get. I'll be looking for a SF, PF, or center. Picks are also welcome. I could package Ray with Gooden(and that would be one hell of a package). So please, if you're interested make some serious offers, no crap.

I'm certainly interested. I would probably have NO CHANCE in resigning Ray-Ray though

Why would you have no chance of re-signing him?

It's very unlikely that he would just leave. He'd give you his asking price. Play for winner deals mostly with when a player is already in free agency. So if there are multiple bids for him, he'd likely go with the best team. When a player has the bird rights, usually he'll stay and give the contract that he is asking for. Then you have the option of re-signing him or not.

Well, I would have to disagree. Durning the early years of SSBA, my team was pretty bad, and every FA I had with a Play 4 winner rating of over 50 declined to resign.

That being said, I would still be interested in a Allen+Gooden package.
