Just click on a player's name, and it will bring up their bio and everything. Over on the left there is a spot for "loyalty", "greed", and "play for winner"
Also the number of their bird years, and the stat of their contract.

They can have a 100. But yes, a 100 is the max.
(an example is Zach Randolph, 100 play for winner).

His agent told me that his client would sign with the MLE on my team. It can go as low as the LLE. But were still on negotiations..
