No, i was perfectly aware of that contract. But as it was the case in the past when it took couple of days for big names to finally sign i was really, really hoping that the Sonics and Magic would have spended some of their money on the first day so i could withdraw my first offer and then give him shorter and much more smaller contract.

But i didn't happen that way and now i'm really screwed...

I'm happy with my fa results. I know I overpaid for all 3 of them but i never plan on having cap room so it does not bother me. I'm much happier that Martin and Lewis signed for 4 year deals though. Now I have some midrange salries that will help me make trades later on just because of their salaries.
