I think if he continues like this (or increases), winning division and making around 45 wins shall earn him MVP (looking from "present" point of view), lots of things can happen until the end of the season.

AI already made history in one season.

Back in 2001, when he prevented the Lakers from having the first ever 15-0 playoff run in NBA history. He more than earned his MVP then!
