Great sim for the Grizz considering the injuries to Martin and Randolph. Without those two injuries I could have eaily gone undefeated. The good teams I beat included the hornets, warriors, and celtics.
Jeff Robertson has done excellent filling in for martin and randolph. Mcdyess is also a key pickup and has done wonderful off of the bench. My shooting percentage is on eof the best in the leagueallong with my ppg which will only continue to increase. Martin, randolph, lewis, and Williams have all consistently done well.
Now onto my problems. My shotblocking is the worst in the league. Jason Richardson went from being a good player to someone who should barely start? My steals have gone up after changing some settings but I am just not creating enough turnovers. Anyways, all in all this was a great sim!

All right, so what the hell happened?
The stats don't lie.
My team- 100.5 points per game (Well under the 14.7 I was putting up through the first 2 sims)
Opponents- 110 ppg (erm...yikes)
Ok, now for the players...
Yao - 39.8mpg, 28.9ppg, 12.3rpg, 1.9apg, 2.1bpg, 46.5FG% (Well Yao, you had a bad sim, which is still awesome numbers, but not up to your standards)
Hoffa- 35.4mpg, 26.4ppg, 12.6rpg, 2.6apg, .8bpg, 45.7G% (Ok, Hoffa, you're gonna have to block a damn shot once in a blue moon. And please, try to play slightly more consistently, would ya?)
JDN- 35.3mpg, 10.1ppg, 6rpg, 1.9apg, 1.4spg, 2.3topg, 47.3FG% (Decent shooting and production, thank you, but your going to have to dish the ball more if you want to turn it over that much)
Lovie- 33mpg, 6.4ppg, 3.1rpg, 3apg, .6spg, 1.8topg, 48.7FG% (Just keep doing what you're doing, Lovie. You are the picture of what I have always looked for from a SG. Wish you were 6 inches taller)
Nash- 29.9mpg, 9,1ppg, 3.4rpg, 7apg, .5spg, 1.9topg, 42.3FG% (Well, at least we know who didn't pull their weight this sim. I know you're old, Stevie, but you cn't do this to me now.)
Francis- 22.1mpg, 8.6ppg, 3.1rpg, 4.3apg, .6spg, 2.1topg, 47.5FG% (Well, thanks for the prodction when Nash was out. So far you are everything i had hoped for)
Bottom line, if this is the defense that I play, I'm never going to win a game.

Bottom line, if this is the defense that I play, I'm never going to win a game. Take out the Celtics game where GASOL held Yao to 10pt (and scored 25 on him) and your big fella doesn't look so bad. But don't overreact now, you were just 0-5 on the road this sim against pretty good competition. You'll get back into the playoff picture soon ...

Beckman showed nice backup stats as he grabbed down 13 boards and 5 blocks. not to mention 5 fouls Josh has been rebounding well as of late.

Interesting sim. 6-3 with a road loss to the 76ers, Grizz and Nets and road wins over the Nets - SWEET(!!!) - and Cavs. dropped to 2nd in ppg, opp ppg and opp fg%, thanks largely by allowing opponents to shoot 45% in my road games. Still, hardly some sim to lose sleep about. Lenard and Chauncey stay among league leaders and even Calvin Booth got into the top 10 shot blockers despite coming from the bench !!! Guess it's time for a lineup change here. Now comes the real test with road games at Hornets, Pacers, Bucks. Latest update in the picks battle: Blazers 2-2, now #7 Sixers 4-4 (ok, i had to assist them here *lol*), now #5 Wizards 4-4, now #3 btw, did I mention i BEAT THE NETS already ?

Just like i was hoping for 50 %, played Clipps 2x, one win, one loss, won vs Wizards and lost to Mavs by 8, however i'll make a huge change for next sim.

And I know, but I have to be able to play defense on the road too. We shall see, but I certiainly won't be overreacting, I still really like this team.

3-2 sim. Dickman and Collier player great and fairly consistent this sim but Ivan was incredible. He really scored a lot, despite not seeing a rise in his ratings, I think he's become a better player. Marion pretty much fell off the face of the earth statistically this sim. And our reigning college player of the year Rodya Novoseltev played very well at the point this sim. He's showing the ability to get some triple doubles for me. A lot of positive things this sim but nothing to make me think we will be in contention for the 8th playoff spot.

Well, Hoffa's career average for blocks per game is 0.8, and JDN for his career turns it over more than he gets assists. You probably should have looked at these things before acquiring these players

Hoffa is very inconsitent -he will have 4 blocks one game then go 3 games without registering one.

Maybe longterm ...

Longterm is waht I'm looking for. I just wnat to see some consistency...and some better defense.
A team with A/B/B+/B+/C+ defense is bad, yes, but shouldn't be 110 ppg bad.

A 3-3 sim, not so bad but I would surely like better. It's going to be the same storyline from last season, as the team is pretty much the same. Terrific offense that can light up the scoreboard with ease, but a terrible defense that can lose games. Unfortunately, there isn't much I can do about the defensive problem. The main weaknesses are Chamberlain and Keogan. Chamberlain I cannot bench, because he is simply running the offense like a star PG, averaging a 3rd best 9.5 APG. I could trade for a good defender at SG and bench Keogan, but the offense will suffer and I'm not sure how much the defense will benefit from it. Oh well, we'll see how it all pans out...
