The Jazz were upset and depressed after TC but are now excited once again with the acquisition of McDyess, Nelson, and 7'5" Rouseau. this represents (in the case of Nelson and rouseau, McDyess will see limited minutes as I try to get AK47 some PF minutes) an increase in both steals and blocks and of course scoring. Although TO's are a problem, hopefull i'll shave some turnovers in other areas with a normal pace (i usually go fast) and with Curran, Meyers, and Hughes improving in handles. Also I don't have Shabinger as a primary option. I have rebounding with Kaman and Smith, not to mention Kirilenko improved to a B-. I have shooting with Meyers, who'se %'s would have smashed records if he got enough shots a game, and shotblocking with Rouseau, Curran, and Kirilenko. I've always been a good foul shooter, and I'm a much taller and physical team this year. We'll see how this translates into win/loss.
Good luck looking forward to anothe rgreat season.

Well, this should be interesting... I was planning on playing the same lineup as last year, but Don Ruffin had such a great TC, I have to get him on the court.
So Stromile moves to Center, and Ruffin is starting at PF. With such small post players, the pace goes up to fast.
If this experiment does not work, then I will have to go back to last years lineup. I just hope Swift can hold his own at center.
I hope he can. Ruffin averaged 0.8 spg and 2.0 bpg last year in 18 mpg. And he is a better defender this year.

Well, I hope it doesn't work since I face you twice in the first sim.

I am trying a fast pace for this sim. All last season I ran at a slow pace, so we'll see how my guys respond. I may be making some moves that really change the face of my team, but we shall see how that shakes out...

im trying outside with fast, want to see how Telf-Schultz-Houbregs weaponry is good or not good,Houbregs is nearly 50 % FG and 3PT shooter with 90 % FT, Telf is near but i want him to deal some balls as well, and i'm mostly looking forward to see Schultz, how he'll adapt to SSBA, Buehler will get his chance next sim if my outside doesn't prove good...also because i moved Houbregs to his SF natural position, even he played all last season with those almost 50 % shooting as SG, so let's see.

The amazing sentence-paragraph. You must teach me how to perfect it like you can, Blazers.

sim 1 up. 8-0 record, 5-0 on the road Knew I shouldn't have made that trade with the C's last year Pettit #1 in scoring, Emeka #2 in rebounding, #1 in bpg, Earl #1 in apg. Me: 111.3 ppg Opp: 90.0 ppg. 60.4 rpg and 12.9 bpg Unfortunately I have a minutes problem. Brad Miller is getting 13 mpg. Jamison 11. Nesterovich 10. Salmons 8. Snow 8. Turkoglu, Lo and Darko haven't seen the floor yet.

Hmm, with some minor changes, I can see me contending this year.
Nash needs to be made the 3rd option, and JDn will be the most expensive non-option in the game, but I can wait on his potential to improve.
Yao is not getting the ball enough, but with Nash as a 3rd option, that should change. I also might have to press and trap a bit more to force a few more TO's.

Think I will go back to Lovie starting at SG...I can't take Francis' terrible shooting.
He will be a great 6th man.
This team could be really good if I get it figured out.
