Wow, these contracts are brutal!

Hornets are happy to resign Piatowski, he put up excellent shooting percentages last season to go along with his A- defense.

The Bucks were the obvious winner. Arenas is one of the few players that deserved a max contract, and if they re-sign Baron, they have a very strong team... Unfortunately, it looks like Ferry is the next SAR...

I can't believe I signed Arenas, but that was the reason I didn't take Baron/Donta's extensions in the first place, giving me the chance to resign them over the cap with bird rights, which I expect I'll be able to do in Day 2.

^ As for Ferry, I kept him at PF where his defense is down some ticks to make him less attractive.  At C he's still B defense (for now), so a comparison to SAR is a little over the top.  And obviously since I couldn't be sure I'd get something like Arenas, I had to offer Ferry the max.

Nice try  Laughing

I guess most of us keep score of ratings to avoid falling for such "tricks", but even if you kept one competitor from offering  it might have been worth it.

Memo to self: Remember to ask bods to put all FAs into natural position

Real happy with Rousseau, pick up some real nice height, at 7'5" and B potential Very Happy. I think if i learn how to harness shabinger's talent, i'll be in contention yet again for next season.
