Congrats to the Sonics.  I really wasn't expecting that.

Now we've got the battle of the #1 scorer in the postseason (dirk) vs. the #2 battle of the postseason (Pettit).  Should be a good one.  Former bridesmaids, one of us has to win it.  Although I must say if I lose it, I REALLY hope it's not in 7 games again.  That was heartbreaking.

Wow...

Despite a sweep, the Sonics average win was by less than 4 points (106-99, 120-117, 98-96, 92-89)

I on the other hand won by an average of over 25 per game  Shocked

BTW, congrats to Yao (established record for most points in a game) and Pettit (Most 3 pt'ers attempted in a game, 17) for setting player game records this year.

Team records, player season records and player career records haven't been updated yet, for some reason (probably after the season)

Congratulations to the two hottest teams recently.

Nets going 4-3, 4-2, 4-0, whats next? Soncis giving up after game 2?
Sonics having yet to lose a playoff game, will they sweep to the title?

This will be the ultimate showdown, the best possible finals series (sorry Clippers, the Soncis match up way better with the Nets). I'm on the edge of my seat ...

BTW, Sonics (1) and Nets (2) have the 2 highest playoff winning %'s

And with 1 win I'll have the most playoff wins.

Once again, I predict Sonics in Six.

Go Sonics!
