I guess in terms of getting the better player, it makes sense for the Suns, but they do already have Havlicek.

Meanwhile Lo can actually be used by Cleveland, with that poor front court.

Gives the Suns a great back-up point (soemthing I wish I had)
Ward also has the size to play some SG, at 6'3".

Lo is a nice offenive player to have off the bench....  Is there time on the Cavs for Fletcher and Lo?

I had high hopes for Ward. After his explosion two TC's ago, I thought that he could eventually become a star PG. Well last season, he was a solid backup to Miller. He scored well and got some assists. But the turnovers, oh the turnovers. I thought that he could maybe turn that around this year, as the starter. But Chamberlain turns into a monster in TC. Along with that, Ward drops two ratings. Not looking good. So of course, I had to start Chamberlain. But Ward still had his backup spot. Unfortunately, he disappointed there as well. In comes Dawson Wooden to outplay him. and Ward ends up as the 5th guard. This trade is perfect, as I trade a player stuck at the end of the bench for a great frontcourt player in Lo. His scoring will be welcomed... Smile

Nice deal working both ways.

Ths Suns lack a backcourt, other than Hav and some 80yr old. Ward will be welcome here and probably start right away.

And Cavs get a player that kind of overperforms for 2 years now. As average ratings as you can get and big time offense. He won't improve the 104ppg they give up but next to Vince and Vince he will get a lot of putback opportunities
