Don't worry Celts.

Just ask Raptors about that top 5, maybe top 3, pick he got for Mihm.....

Still could happen.

And actually, when you think about it, right now my pick is top 3 because I traded Mihm Wink

I'll admit, I'm shocked a how good you are.

Right now youre pick is 13th

Larry Hughes marked a triple double, he's having a terrific year. Curran is outplaying all of my inside players...off the bench and Meyers finally found his shooting touch. 8-2 sim with a loss to the Clippers. Shabinger is slowly working his way to the bench, but we'll let him fart around a little bit more for now.

This is slowly becoming one of the more interesting positional battles in the league.  EXACT opposite players, one old, one young.  But Mr. Daniels just won't give up his spot.

The west seems to have a lot of parity...excepting the Clippers & Jazz, of course.  Ten teams are 4-6, 5-5 or 6-4 in their last 10 games.  2.5 games separate #3 from #13.

The East on the other hand seems to be a conference of haves vs have nots.  4.5 games separate #8 from #9.  A couple more sims and the playoff positions in the east may be locked up. Surprised

yea, I think the east has 9 teams, the top 8 and the Bucks who have a strong shot at making the playoffs.  The Raptors also but that bad sim really hurt them.  Meanwhile pretty much everyone in the west has a shot.  We r still at the beginning of the season but that's the way it looks right now.

Shabinger is so talented but so frustratingly inconsistent and inefficient. I feel I could get more wins in the regular season with him leading the way, but come playoff time, his style hurts me more than it helps IMO. He's got the potential to throw down some triple doubles and is only in his second year, i just have to be patient and let Daniels do what he does best when it comes time for that.

In another note, I moved Kirilenko to my 3rd primary player and his rebounding and defensive numbers improved when he wasn't responsible for running the offense and to seal the deal...I think he actually scored more this sim too when he had my other players creating for him.

I think the biggest position battle is between joe smith and tony curran...rebounding vs. scoring.

Random observation but DAMN, have you guys noticed Brent Mercer on the Lakers?

He was the second overall pick 3 years ago and now his ratings are now C+ C C- C+ C+ D.  Thats harsh, it sucks that the pick was basically a waste for the Lakers.  Anyone have his original ratings when he came into the league?

Mercer was about C+ or B-/B/B if memory serves me right.  I know Harpring (taken right after him) started as a C+/B+/B
