I think with a player like Garnett it should be you who approaches teams and tells them what you're interested in swapping for.
I mean, if you're going to actually look into trading a Top 3 player and stay vague about what you want in return, how do you expect people to PM you or make a good offer?

I would never trade a top player without putting him on the block. and i wouldn't limit myself on what I'm looking for, either.
If you go to team x, say you want players x, how can you trade them without knowing whether you can do better?
