I just checked it and this is not including darren postell who i have cut (he went -1), I improved a net +10 in training camp with all of my players combined.

Was really hoping for either Wade or Bosh to improve a bit more, neither happened, o well what you gonna do. Sjax on the other hand did get better and is now more than starting material.
