jazz in 6 like i predicted, that made my night. Not a pretty series, I was definately up and down, but wins are wins and Clippers here I come....my success depends on the containment of brand and the play of my bench vs. his.

WOW what a great series with the heat!

I hoped that JO would be the difference and he was and the team followed his leader.

some stats:

JO  avg. 28.6pt 12rb 4.4ass and 2.4blks
Redd     19.6pt   6rb 4.2ass and shot over 53% from the 3
Artest    17.2pt 6.8rb 5.6 ass and shot over 55% from the field, missed only 1 FT
Anthony 12pt as a backup while shooting 66% from 3
he will get his contract  Laughing
Fisher     8pt and 7ass with only 1.4to very well for a guy with C handle

no the nets are waiting. i think this will be an exciting matchup. sadly neither foster nor jamison can help me.
i think emeka will give the nets a slight advantage but maybe i should let JO dunk a view times on him and bring him in foul trouble  Very Happy .i won the regular series with 3:1 but we both had injury problems and tried different lineups.

I lose to the nets in seven games.

I do appreciate my guys for trying hard, and to come back from a 0-3 deficit. Sadly, TD's 55 points and 13 rebounds wasnt enough to let the sixers win the series.

On the bright side, TD was the leading scorer of the series. Very Happy

Amazing how I beat the Wizards without my best backup frontcourt player in Loren Woods. Very Happy

Anyway, it's pretty funny how our series went all out offense.

we had a game wherein the finals score was 140-141 lol

Went down 4-2 to the Mavericks.  Crying or Very sad

The trade for Bibby resulted in us putting up a bit of a fight at least, prior to that trade this would have been a sweep, problem was I just couldn't beat the Mavs on their home court. Oh well, the rebuilding continues...

Wow, Hornets, GREAT SERIES.

Yeah, very nice series Raps. I don't think it was as close as it looked though. Shaq was shut down and Marion couldn't carry the load by himself. I think I will be able to improve a lot over the offseason, but a first round exit is always disappointing. Props to Yao and Mihm for shutting down the big man.

I think the Raps/Magic series will also go the distance. The Magic are backcourt oriented, which will pose a problem for the Raps I think.

Yeah, well, I think I can handle you, Magic.

The difference maker in your series with the Wizards was Kidd and his 28ppg - playing against a C+ defender. We'll see how he fares against a A defender.

Should be good. Yao should be able to take over inside, and Peja won't be defended as much as he was in the first round.

However, you did beat me on day 107 with Mihm fouling out in 25 mins.

Hahaha... see if you can find me sober! I bet you will be either drunk or high (or both) by the time you find me. Smile But you are welcome!

My team played a great series. I really start to know the strengths of each of my players.

KingsGM, I am really looking forward to meet your Queens again next season. Wonder what it is like to be raped by a group of women! hahaha Smile

Really kept TD in check the first 2 games (21 ppg, 10.5 rpg, 31.6% shooting).  But he nearly won the series for the Sixers in games 5-7 (34.3 ppg, 16.8 rpg, 53.6%).  Thank GOD I took those first 2 games.  AI played well, and terp got his.

Nice to know that when I ask my team to step it up offensively, they can.  After playing nearly the entire season on a slow pace with an inside focus, I figured I would have a little trouble scoring inside with Duncan there, and knew Terp couldn't handle Pettit.  So I went to a fast pace and an outside focus, and they responded.  Scored 110 ppg on 44.1% shooting, 40% from downtown.  Rebounds and TO's were virtually identical.  I really won this series at the line, oddly enough.

Pettit: 29.14 ppg on 45.6% shooting, 44% 3pt, 97.4% from the line.
Okafor really stepped it up.  Thought moving outside would kill him, but he was amazing.  19.6 ppg, 15.6 rpg, 2.4 bpg, 45.8% shooting.
Billups: 21.6 ppg, 9 apg, 50.4% shooting, 48.4% 3pt.
Dalembert was really slowed down by foul troubles guarding Duncan.  He fouled out of 2 games, and got 5 fouls in 2 more.  only played 26 mpg because of that.  But still put up 9.3 pts, 9.5 boards and 3.5 blocks.
Battier = 8.9 ppg, 6.1 rpg, 56.1% shooting, 55.6% 3pt

Can't wait to face the Pacers.  They have a lot of good 2-way players, but most of their good defenders are at positions I don't look to score.

can´t wait to see who will win this mind games. at the moment i am thinking about five different lineups to match your offense with my best players not to forget that i can go every pace  Laughing
I thought last year we would face each other in the finals. now i will get the chance to see if my team is good enough. this could be a rivalery for years since both teams are still young and improving.

So HOW exactly can two teams from the east face each other in the finals ? Must be from the "PACERS-ruleset" ...
