Probably a little early for this, but I think the East comes down to the Nets, Raptors, Hornets or Pacers.  And I'm really only putting in the Pacers because of what they were and what they should be.

I think you're right. Hornets are a great team. I'm not sure if I can beat them. I do think I can beat you though Smile

Of course you do.

You also thought you could win 55 last year.

Mihm>Sammy

Mihm wouldn't hit 35% of his shots against sammy in a series.

BTW, Yao's putting up the better stats on the year, but I know that C's are shooting 37% on the year against Emeka.  Do you know what Yao's percentage is?

Those 2 are much closer than you'd like to think.

Oh, I know they are close.

But I'm still taking Mihm over Sammy. What's Sammy's role on your team? Because Mihm's role on my team is to rebound and block shots. And Mihm is doing both of those better than Sammy.

Defend, rebound and block shots.

The opposition's starting PF's against Sammy:
37.5%

Nets as a TEAM are ranked higher than the Raptors in Blocks, opponents turnovers, opp fg% and opp ppg, and are only 0.2 rebounds less per game than the raps.  So I'm not really worried if Mihm has the stat advantage.

BTW, just to reiterate:
C's: 37%
PF's: 37.5%
SF's 39%.

And those are only the starters.  I'm sure it would be a much lower % if I took the scrubs from the bench as well.

Well, I guess my best counter arguement is the fact that I am the best team in the League and you are 6 games behind me.

Yes, clearly in the beginning of the season you were a better offensive team.

I think these last two sims, I've closed the game considerablyl.

Remember, 2 sims ago I was 12-11.  There are many, many games to go.

I'm ready for them.

I have a team that is top 5 in offense and defense, with 4 potential all leaguers.

So you're telling me Mihm is better than garnett, dirk, O'neal, or Duncan?

And Peja is better than anyone who can play defense?

Oh lordie, even I didn't think you could get this bad.

Team record should be taken into consideration too, IMo. Hvae no idea if the CPu does.

And I challenge you right now to name 3 guys who should be all league SF's over Peja.

Paul Pierce, Dirk, Shawn Marion.

Defense counts.

Team record doesn't make mihm better than garnett.  That's the most laughable comment I've ever heard.
