A first rounder can be traded with Ray Allen.  It's just another player that can't be.

And yes, Joe Johnson cannot be traded until after sim 4.

And no, the rosters won't be updated.  I only update rosters when a simulation is run.  But it's really just 1 player from each team switching teams at this point.

Another blockbuster in the making

And Memphis get's better AGAIN, being able to move Richardson back to his natural SG pos and starting Lewis, a much better defender than Ray at SF and ADDITIONALLY getting a huge talent in Johnson. They lose cap flexibility in Anderson but with that team ... WHO CARES ?

So why would the Magic do this. Well, hmmm, the lose their starter AND backup at SF for a guy who can't play SF and an expiring which won't help them since they are way over the cap. They are now stuck with Mobley(30), Allen(30), BigDog(32) and Anderson(31) at SF&SG. Any they won't have any cap space until 2011.

Just a side note, Richardson's defense actually got better with his move to SF.
