How does the draft order take place? Is it a lottery with all the lottery teams? I have the Bulls first round pick and I am wondering where it will end up.

Top 3 picks are lottery.  After that, it's ordered by win total.

Not too sure about this, but I have seen team move into top 3 with the 9 worse record before.

The Orlando Magic JUST missed the playoffs one year and got the first pick.  They only had one lottery ball too, so anything can happen

Yeah, but I guess that was real NBA? Maybe they have different rules here in SSBA.
