And that's why it requires us to unanimously agree.  Simply requiring a set # of votes would simply be a way to get rid of GM's 5 or more people don't like.  That would be wrong.

as i said, i have no problem, what so ever, to quit if others wants to...

Also, the rule requires a pm, not an open confrontation in the DC thread. This ensures that the board won't be dominated by talks about who is and who isn't tanking and various responses to the allegations.

I think we should also account for teams who are trying to drive up certain player's value in the market, aka "showcasing."
That, to me, is not tanking. For example, in the previous league I played Pietrus over Richardson in season 1 and made him a primary scoring option. This wasn't to try to sink my team; it was designed to showcase a guy for a few sims to boost his stats. It worked, btw...

I don't know how the rest of you feel about that type of action though...

belive me or not, that was one of my goals (besides tanking) with the guys like webber and songalia

Haha, no kings, that's not what i meant at all.

Anytime you put 30 different personalities together, there are going to be a couple of people you don't get along with.  If all you had to do was vote, and there wasn't a cross check in place, then things could begin to get personal.  That's all I was saying, and it was directed at noone.

Heck, before I became commish, I'm sure there were 5 people you could find who didn't like me (Now, nobody would want to do my job, so nobody would vote me off).  It's just the way this is.

Nobody here dislikes you.
