Over 38 million in expiring contracts

I have expiring contracts out the , and it's possible they're available.  Now, I'll have enough room for a max contract next year, so you'll have to give me a good offer to lose that.  But with the right young player, draft pick, or very good veteran I could be willing to take on contracts.
