Jazz, you have to sign 2 vets off of waivers (FA) for 1 million each to make it work. This means Marc Jackson, Horace Grant, or any other old man... They can be added to declerq within 24 hours of being signed. Ya shoulda read my last message

No, DeClercq can't be traded unless he's the only outgoing player.

the original trade had you trading mccaskill, newell and declerq.  replace declerq with a signed fa with a large enough contracts and it works (sign and trade, doesn't need to be the only outgoing player).
