I'll trade Billy Cunningham to the Hawks for Baly and then trade Baly to the Sonics for Swift.  Only one condition, I would like my first rounder back.

The deal is going through.

Well, I agree that this is using a technicality to circumvent the rules.  And I was offering a way out of that.  Bastardization of the rules is not a good precedent to set.

Don't have to be so nasty about it.  I wouldn't necessarily count on it being as high as you hope.
