Ron Seikaly was actually #1 on my draft list. He will definitely help improve my awful rebounding, I didn't even scout his potential since i figured i had no chance of getting him.
Also, I have Charles Smith's potential if anyone wants to pay a bit of cash for it (this is not against the rules right?).

Manning was undisputed #1 I think. Hawkins top 3 for sure too. If the pot's ok, Smits over Rony was fine as well. And Mitch could become this years Rosow.
but man, is these guys' potential really assigned randomly? Cause I have hardly ever seen a weaker draft class at the top in that regard.

Happy with Smits but would have like Richmond...I too regret spending all that money on potentials.

Manning could be really dominant with that size / inside scoring / rebounding at SF.

Yeah, Manning looks like a real star - a little more development and he'll be great. A little while back, I let potentials throw me off of my instinctive picks, and it didn't really help me out. Really glad to land the first pick in the Suns trade - this is the guy I really wanted all along...going back to my comment when the preview was originally uploaded.
I hear what guys are saying about the pot - and who they must be talking about. This is what makes this draft really interesting - if only for a different randomization, alot of these players would make many of us want to do cartwheels to get them.

CelticsGM 2008-03-18 2025 $-200 Custom Tom, who are you scouting this early? see, these are the mysteries in SSBA. his true potential is 66 though, and i hope it was worth it ...
