Contract Reduction Ruling

Derek and I have come up with a new rules reduction.  This will take effect after next season.  The table goes as follows:

1.5mio to 4.99mio       $450     $550      $650        $900       $1100
5.0mio to 10 miillion     $550    $650       $750       $1000      $1200
