ok, we did it. thanks again for league management to allow it.
Guess what, my 2nd-rounders squad MOVED UP ONE SPOT in the standings. Courtesy of a 2-3 sim we passed the Pistons for 6h in the East. Nice.
Not surprisingly we did what young teams usually do: lose on the road and win at home. In fact, the first part was expected (and the beatings pretty convincing) but the 2nd part came as somewhat of a surprise, as two playoff teams were the victims.
Beating the Heat was especially nice, since my 2nd rounders all played 24+ minutes, thus were a big part of success.
(and even without Yao, the Blazers are a squad that the very next day won in Orlando)
A more in-depth analysis will follow (especially on the performance of Jerome "Baby-Shaq" Veen ...)
And while it was fun, i guess that's it with such experiments for this season.
