heat agrees....since shultz is getting tired of losing...his going to a playoff caliber team.... i would still be able to compete for playoff spot with addition of dickman and aguirre...dickman was averaging around 15-20ppg as a wiz...while getting 2 first round picks...im just hoping aguirre would turn out to be a franchise player in the future...

and i would be receiving a lesser salary..so this trade goes through...

Scott Dickman was playing out of position for my team. Last season, when he was playing his natural position PF, he was averaging 17ppg 10rpg and 1.7bpg. He was also a all nba team a couple of seasons ago. Mark Aguirre on the other hand is a prolific young scorer. He is a legitimate banger down low, he is a pretty heavy Small forward. His 232lbs frame creates a lot of trouble for the opposing Small Forwards.

Seymore's 6m expiring along with my two first rounders and 100 GM points is what I considered "icing" on the cake. These assets would help HeatGM in his rebuilding process.

I just hope that shultz would resign for my team next season using my bird rights. Looking forward for the next sim.
