thanks for the new thread: i am not sure if the question is new.
if i didn´t get an offer from my FA is he after that a restricted or unrestricted FA? I mean can i see what offers my FA get or do i have to guess? Can I match?

There is no restricted free agency.  You can't match and you can't see what offers they get from other teams.

The only bonus you get is bird years, which if you have more than 3 you can offer them any contract, even without the space.
