defense (has to be top there), rebounding.
Good scoring would be nice but is no must, he only should be decent at least.
contract doesn't matter at all.
trade assets:
lotto pick in 2018. (if you don't believe just check how i did when Dirk OR Matrix went down. and now igagine both retiring ...)
Schabinger, Tower, Strait, Przybilla, Robey, Frahm, Williams, James, Reed and the 10mio expiring Haywood in any combination, depending on the player I get.

of course, but i don't think that giving up a pick of some of the young and coming teams who will be playoff calibre for years is a problem. Look at who's on top now and look at their age and you get the idea. btw, will be interesting to see if the defensive big man will go for the Pacers pick or the Celtics pick. (Largely depends on if people believe Lenard/Artest or Tower/Schabinger will lead their team to a higher seed ...)  |

Hmm... Maybe you should be a bit more descriptive... An offer of an A- defender and B+ rebounder does not seem to be what you are looking for... |
