I need some help on my presentation on K.G.  Do any of you guys know why H.S players were not drafted after Darryl Dawkins?  It took 20 years until another H.S player were drafted and he was K.G.  My question is what happened during those 20 years that not one H.S players were drafted.

i don't think this was a phenomenon related to high school players.

How many underclassmen enetered drafts in the 70ies or 80ies? And how many were drafted? I doubt you find more than a few non-Seniors in each draft, so the GMs then apparently valued skills and experience more than potential ... and did pretty good if you ask me !
