I just realized Chamberlain has played all 82 games in each of his first 5 seasons. Any other players have more?

the all time leader in regular season games played is richard jefferson with 504 games in 6 seasons (84 per season).

Games played:
82
85
82
87
82
86

So not only has he played in all 82 games 6 consecutive years, he's even played extra games due to trades.

Lol wow, I never even thought of that.  Has anyone ever played more than 82 games in the NBA?  Is it possible?

I know Michael Finley played 83 the year he was dealt to Dallas. I'm pretty sure there have been more.

Last year Casey Jacobsen played 84, in 2004 Shareef and Theo played 85 each, in 2003 it was Posey with 83 games, and so on.

According to the NBA Almanach, these are the all-time records:

MOST GAMES IN A SEASON
88
Walt Bellamy, New York/Detroit 1968-69
87
Tom Henderson, Atlanta/Washington 1976-77
86
McCoy McLemore, Cleveland/Milwaukee 1970-71
Garfield Heard, Buffalo/Phoenix  1975-76

MOST COMPLETE GAMES IN A SEASON
79
Wilt Chamberlain, Philadelphia 1961-62

MOST CONSECUTIVE COMPLETE GAMES
47
Wilt Chamberlain, Philadelphia 1961-62

hope that helps ...
