Not much comment for me on this trade. It's the result of a poor decision last season. I needed to cut my losses, which means a loss of talent as well.

Very happy to receive Shaq, I actually made my front line much better with this deal Shaq will play at the 5 spot, and i can slide Magliore over to PF. Hopefully I can add some pieces around Shaq to make a run deep into the playoffs.

I think the deal is good for the Hornets also K-Mart might fit their team a little better than Shaq did.

i like this deal for both teams.  For the Suns, anytime you get Shaq it's a plus.  For the Hornets, they get rid of a declining (ratings wise) Shaq with a big contract and get one of the better younger big men in the league
