Is the Sim 12 DC thread closed? I can't seem to post on it and I don't see the sim up yet.

Well, what happened is this... Last night after a rigorous night of slo-pitch and parenting, I settled in to do sim 12. Locked the DC thread, processed transactions, set DC's, simmed, laid down with my youngest, and fell fast asleep. Was all done, except the upload. Sorry about the confusion and delay. Going to upload now.
For the record, the Nets went 3-6 and missed the playoffs. Are you f'in kidding me?

K, it's up. And yeah, 4-way time in the East for 8th and the Nets had the worst past 10 of all. Well done fellas Never had a more disappointing team in my sim experience. No way that much talent should have had that much difficulty, imo. Offence was a train wreck. Gah. Such is the life. Hope my traded, late-lotto pick doesn't come back to bite me.

well, surprise surprise.. hoping to get lucky with the knicks pick this year.. slim chance.. but keeping my hopes up. haha Well, can't complain with how the season ended for me, 3 games short from last year's record, we've basically been playing around the top 8 for most of the season and ended at the top 4 to end the season. I must say that, the awful 1st half of my season gave me a chance to evaluate my players by position so I think its still a light at the end of the tunnel. Which I think will give me an edge on the playoffs since I've done a lot of experimenting already. I, as a defending champ, would like to wish CavsGM good luck on our series. he'll need it. jk well, before anything else tho, I'd like to thank the Nets for filling the spot left by Tom, temporarily. Job well done.

Ufff, was tough but with 4-3 sim we managed to keep #1, altough im bit disappointed.
And wtf?? Entire season only Ervin missed just 3 games, and now we lose Kerr for 5 days in POs. Thats a real bad luck, hopefully Wolves wont take advantage of it. Not sure If to give Joe the stick or some Wes, i would put Embry, but he got injured too, thats a really stupid bad luck.
Really freakin' incredible that both PG's go down in same game. And Kerr is the most important guy.

I'm glad to see Rod getting the MVP and all defensive first team. He's a proven hard worker with improving his ratings during TCs and never to let his ego get in the way by maintaining his numbers even with the presence of a highly superior backcourt teammate in Chambers. I'm surprised on not seeing Tom Chambers or Jamal Mashburn getting into the all-nba teams but I might be asking too much. Although, Trey Wooten kinda stole one award again in the defensive team. hehe On a team's perspective, it's good to have that victorious late run. But truth be told, I was facing none of the higher echelon teams in the league. hehe I'm sad for the Heat with losing the 8th spot to the Wizards. They could have made a lot of noise in the play-offs. (I was hoping for an upset against Pistons or the Magic to ease me up in the play-offs) Anyway, it's going to be a tough battle at the Eastern Conference with a handful of teams deserving to get the title this year. May the best team win!

Very happy to somehow be at the top of that crazy 8th place tie. Looking to do some [surprising] damage.

An ugly two years in New Orleans. I really need a star in this draft to build around, or I need to land someone in FA.

in over 40 season's of sim leagues I think this is the 1st time I have ever finished with the best record... I am very happy with this team... It's also pretty crazy to do that and not have 1 player make an All-League Team... Welp was the only one that got some respect and brought home DPOY and all-defense 1st team honors... Hopefully the winning ways continue into the play-offs...

Pumped about Landry getting ROY, the late-season performance of Anthony Hunt, and that when all was said and done, I was only 2 games behind out of the playoffs.
