Does it fluctuate over time?  Does it move randomly?  Does it follow age?

Anyone know?

True Potential..

All I can say is that don't trust a player solely by it's true potential. I know a guy who has 50 something true potential and he turned out to be a stud (improved via TCs) and a guy who got 90+ true potential and still can't make it to the allstar team despite his high ratings.

It flactuates and like Bods said, it usually drops. And after 5-6 seasons, true potential will most likely run out.
