No, I do not believe the Hawks have a functional team by any means, but Ralph and Hakeem alone will guarantee they won't come anywhere near the top 10, even if these two are accompanied by waiver pickups only (which pretty much describes the current Hawks).
So I give an expiring that does nothing for me anymore with expirings that at least have a chance to do SOMETHING for me.
